To ensure the practical and efficient implementation of AMS demand, the Advisory Committee of Technology Cooperation will focus on fostering collaboration in high-potential fields like biotechnology, smart cities, and smart solutions across healthcare, agriculture, and manufacturing. By promoting these technologies, the committee will address ASEAN's specific needs, strengthen innovation, and support sustainable development across the region.

- A structure that can implement it in the most appropriate means must be designed.

Description

Advisory Committee of Technology Cooperation.
- Ministries of both countries related to pending issues and new technical fields, related organizations and associations will participate in promoting cooperation such as information sharing, planning cooperation, and more.
(Promising Cooperation Fields) new technology fields such as bio, biotechnology, smart city, smart healthcare-agriculture-factory, etc.
- Selecting fields and research focuses with the most considerable influence.
- Confirming in advance and selecting the most appropriate cooperation partner (implementation body).

Program Lain

Utilizing the Various Cooperation Fund

ASEAN fund, contribution to international Organization, Expansion of reflection on the New R&D Budget. Collecting and analysing science and technology cooperation projects and planned order business information per finance to cooperate with government-funded research institutes. R&D Cooperation Support by Korea HQ/Science and Technology Center at all time.

Development Cooperation Program Implementation (Strategy Team)

In connection with APASTI 2025 implementation plan, AKSTCC reflect the demand-based cooperation program, such as demand surveys, planning, implementation, evaluation, etc. This program supports the cooperation hierarchy of the ROK-ASEAN Ministerial Meeting on Science and Technology and ASEAN+3 Ministerial Meeting on Science and Technology, etc.
