Development Cooperation Program Implementation (Strategy Team)

In connection with APASTI 2025 implementation plan, AKSTCC reflect the demand-based cooperation program, such as demand surveys, planning, implementation, evaluation, etc. This program supports the cooperation hierarchy of the ROK-ASEAN Ministerial Meeting on Science and Technology and ASEAN+3 Ministerial Meeting on Science and Technology, etc.

By aligning with these frameworks, the program fosters collaboration, strengthens policy alignment, and enhances the collective capacity of ROK and ASEAN in science, technology, and innovation. Additionally, it also aims to promote effective collaboration by identifying key priority areas, ensuring strategic alignment with ASEAN's development goals, and facilitating the exchange of knowledge and resources to address regional challenges.

Sharing of Policy-HR training-Capacity Building Model (Strategy Team)

  • KIST/KAIST Model The critical institutional model of Korea’s science, technology and innovation development.
  • Regional Innovation Cluster Model Suggest especially the demand for the composition of an innovation cluster at the ASEAN level.
  • Korea science, technology and innovation policy experience to develop policy that suits each ASEAN country.

Utilizing the Various Cooperation Fund
