KBRN, Jakarta: The Ministry of Industry continues to accelerate the implementation of industry 4.0 in the manufacturing sector to be more productive and globally competitive. It requires cooperation with various relevant stakeholders, both at the national and international levels.

“Collaboration between the government, the private sector, and educational institutions is needed to ensure that Indonesia can compete globally in this digital era,” said Industry Services Standardization and Policy Agency (BSKJI) Head Andi Rizaldi in his official statement in Jakarta on Tuesday, January 28, 2025  as quoted by rri.co.id.

Andi emphasized the government is aware of the importance of Industry 4.0, including for the manufacturing sector. Therefore, the government launched various initiatives, one of which is “Making Indonesia 4.0,” aimed at accelerating the adoption of digital technology in the manufacturing sector.
