Malaysian Ambassador Mohd Zamruni Khalid emphasized the longstanding and fruitful relationship between Korea and Malaysia, noting their extensive collaboration across various sectors since the establishment of diplomatic ties in 1960.

"Since 1960, the Republic of Korea and Malaysia have enjoyed robust cooperation in many areas, including construction, economy and energy," Khalid said during the 67th Malaysian National Day celebration in Seoul on Monday.

"The iconic Petronas Twin Towers, once the tallest skyscraper in the world upon completion, reflects the spirit and dedication of Korean construction workers."
