Program ini didasarkan pada informasi dari sumber dan mitra yang saat ini bekerja sama dengan AKSTCC. Program ini juga akan menyediakan database mitra yang dikelompokkan berdasarkan bidang teknis guna memperkuat peran penghubung di tingkat lokal. 

ASEAN Multilateral Cooperation Planning & Reflection (Strategy Team)

A practical implementation of AMS demand effectively and efficiently.

• As the Advisory Committee of Technology Cooperation
• Collaboration of promising Cooperation Fields in new technology such as biotechnology, smart city, smart healthcare-agriculture-factory, etc.

Supporting innovation capacity reinforcement (K-ASEAN FP Team)

• As a base for ASEAN science and technology cooperation, utilizing core governance and strategic cooperation system to promote market expansion to the ASEAN region
• Reinforcing network of a consultative group of businesses, public organizations, associations that expanded to Indonesia

ASEAN-ROK Joint Research Cooperation (Strategy team)

(K-ASEAN FP) mid/long-term/systematic management of demand for ROK-ASEAN partnership and building sustainable operation system. Joint fund for promoting science, technology and innovation cooperation between ROK and ASEAN, similar to EU framework program.

Enhancing the mobility of scientists and researchers (Strategy Team)

• Expanding science, technology and innovation policy capacity to promote the expansion of interchanges
• Expansion of science, technology and innovation policy capacity is mandatory for the self-development of sustainable science, technology and innovation

Utilizing the Various Cooperation Fund

ASEAN fund, contribution to international Organization, Expansion of reflection on the New R&D Budget. Collecting and analysing science and technology cooperation projects and planned order business information per finance to cooperate with government-funded research institutes. R&D Cooperation Support by Korea HQ/Science and Technology Center at all time.
