South Tangerang – BRIN Public Relations. Khusnul Khotimah, a researcher at Indonesia’s National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN), from the Research Center for Nuclear Safety Technology, Metrology and Quality (PRTKMMN), strengthened her knowledge of nuclear safety through the Basic Training Course on Nuclear Safety.The training was organized by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) in collaboration with the Korea Institute of Nuclear Safety (KINS) and was held in Daejeon, South Korea, from 31 August to 11 September 2026.

Khusnul said the training provided a better understanding that nuclear safety cannot be viewed separately, but needs to be assessed comprehensively through an integrated approach.
