From September 29th to October 1st, Vu Hai Quan, Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam and Minister of Science and Technology, led a delegation to visit and work in South Korea, focusing on promoting bilateral cooperation in strategic technology fields, intellectual property, nuclear energy, innovation, and the development of high-tech human resources.
