In connection with APASTI 2025 implementation plan, AKSTCC reflect the demand-based cooperation program, such as demand surveys, planning, implementation, evaluation, etc. This program supports the cooperation hierarchy of the ROK-ASEAN Ministerial Meeting on Science and Technology and ASEAN+3 Ministerial Meeting on Science and Technology, etc.

This program is further to resolve social issues of ASEAN countries such as traffic, environment, etc and applying Korea’s excellent science, technology and ICT and promoting the joint project with appropriate country.

Collecting and analysing science and technology cooperation projects and planned order business information per finance to cooperate with government-funded research institutes.
